THE RULES OF ATTRACTION
Why does our country struggle to attract highly skilled young people? Can we reverse the trend that sees the most talented individuals leave for opportunities abroad each year? In Emilia-Romagna, we’re working hard to change course through a new law focused on attracting young people with valuable skills and fostering a thriving ecosystem of opportunities.
We’re bringing together international experts, universities, businesses, and institutions to discuss tools and strategies for attracting and empowering young people with the skills needed to drive business and societal growth.

PROFESSIONALS, EXPERTS, AND CITIZENS: DESIGNING THE CITIES OF TOMORROW TOGETHER
Digital technology is transforming the way we live in and inhabit urban spaces, and reshaping our collective needs and sensibilities. We need more livable, sustainable, fair, and inclusive cities, but how can we truly achieve them?
The responsibility for designing such cities falls not only on urban planners, architects, and engineers, but also involves philosophers, inclusion experts, and urban economists, who specialize in analyzing the complex relationship between economic activities and territories.

BEYOND DATA: CULTURE AND CREATIVITY FOR TERRITORIAL INNOVATION
Among the strategic assets of a territory, it is increasingly important to recognize the value of including culture and creativity. The Data Valley, as a computing infrastructure that capable of generating innovation on a large scale, has the potential to attract and cultivate communities of talented young creatives, stimulate the growth of the cultural industry, and – leveraging digital technology – expand the range of cultural offerings.
